British-Venezuelan Society Xmas Party
On Thursday 1st December 2011, The British Venezuelan Society held its now flagship event and very popular Christmas Party. With the presence of well over 100 people, and in the company of our Chairman and other members of the committee, the occasion also marked the re-launching of the Society after merger of its predecessors: the Anglo-Venezuelan Society and the Scottish Venezuelan Society.
Held at Canning House, the Society's natural home, the night was filled with typical Venezuelan music, nibbles and drinks (including tequenos, canapés, ensalada de gallina and hallacas). It was a fun night and party to remember.
Make sure you do not miss the Xmas party in 2012, which promises to be an even greater success, and become a member of the BVS to stay up to date!
